Welcome to IDEAS: Our Journey Begins Here

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of the “Inclusion, Diversity, and Equality in the VET System” (IDEAS) project and our brand-new digital platform.

The journey has officially started. From September 1, 2025, our consortium of six European partners has united with a single, ambitious goal: to fundamentally improve Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles within the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector.

Led by Obrtničko Učilište (Croatia) and co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme, the IDEAS project is a 24-month initiative designed to help VET organizations meet the needs of disadvantaged learners, specifically by expanding their opportunities for international mobility.

A Website that Grows with Us

Today, we are opening the doors to our digital home. You are looking at the very first version of the IDEAS platform.

Just like the project itself, this website is a work in progress. Over the next two years (until August 2027), this space will evolve and expand alongside our activities. While some sections are currently under construction, they will gradually be populated with valuable resources.

What to Expect in the Coming Months

We are currently in the research and preparation phase. Here is what will be appearing on this site gradually:

Research & Insights

Mapping good practices and researching AI tools to support inclusion.

E-Learning Hub

A modular course for VET teachers (coming soon).

Policy Resources

Guidelines and Recommendations for VET managers.

Stay Tuned

This website is more than just a brochure; it is the future gateway to our secure network for inclusive mobility.

We invite you to bookmark this page and check back regularly. As we move from theory to practice, implementing workshops and piloting mobilities for students, we will be sharing every step of the story right here.

“To get real-time updates on when new sections go live, please check our Contact page to follow our partners on social media.”

Welcome to IDEAS. Let’s make education accessible for everyone.
